1. Nature of the Reference
Palmer Township Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Palmer Township, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with an office, court, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use

10. Cutting Off Access
We may block or restrict a user who breaches these terms or abuses the reference, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Governing Law
Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access described in the reference is subject to Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, and other applicable confidentiality laws.
12. Severability
If a portion of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining portions remain effective.
